The  Fattoria Cristina is located in Marciano, small and quiet village of Castelnuovo Magra, La Spezia. It is just thirty minutes from Versilia and Cinque Terre and extends over five acres of land at the top of the hills of the Sun (Colline del Sole) The structure is continuously exposed to a warm and radiant sunlight and enjoys an exceptional panoramic view. The Farm Cristina is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the countryside, but not far from places of great natural, historical and cultural interest.

Guests have access to a pool of about 5 to 10 meters, a barbecue and a few games (table football and table tennis), the terrace and under the arcades you can use free wifi.

We welcome our guests personally and we are available for advice about local attractions, restaurants, initiatives in neighboring cities, the best wineries to visit.

The charm of this place is that being five kilometers from the nearest village is completely surrounded by greenery on a hill with a wonderful view that allows you to enjoy nature and relax needed in each holiday. The Aurelia is only ten minutes from here by car and allows you to achieve shortly a number of attractions such as the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere and the villages in the surrounding hills, Sarzana, La Versilia, The Apuans  Alps, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, etc...

You cannot reach our apartment by public transport. The nearest bus stop is 5 km from here and the train stations of Carrara and Sarzana 15 km away. The house has private parking. To reach the property you need to have a car.

The Fattoria Cristina is located in the countryside, here you will rediscover the contact with nature, we have two dogs, three cats and a pony and your pets are welcome!
